If you wish to cancel your contract within six months of the month in which your contract was activated,
you will be required to pay the following three cancellation fees:
- Monthly usage fees for the remaining months
- Line registration fee of ¥3,300, which is the initial fee included in the campaign
- Administrative fee of ¥1,100, which is the initial fee included in the campaign
(This also applies if your contract is terminated at our discretion.)

How to apply for Duai eSIM
Step 1: Please apply using the application form.
To apply, please fill in the necessary information and upload a photo of your driver's license or My Number card.
Step 2: Pay the initial fee
Line registration fees and administrative fees must be paid by credit card. We will inform you by email.
Step 3: Check and review required documents
It takes 3 business days from application to completion of review.
Depending on the review, you may not be able to purchase.
Step４:Notification of completion of review
When the review is complete, you will be notified of a QR code for downloading the profile for iOS users, and
for Android users, you will be emailed setup instructions.
You will then receive a notification for dual eSIM setup on your smartphone within about an hour, so please follow the instructions in the notification to complete the setup.
Step 5: Sorry for the wait.
You can now start using the service.
Once setup is complete, it will be ready to use in approximately 30 minutes.

Q.What payment methods do you accept?
A.You can pay by credit card.
Q.Can I use the phone?
A.For data communication only. A phone number is not included.
Q.What is the process from purchase to use?
A.You will receive a QR code with an eSIM activation code by e-mail within 3 business days after purchase.
Q.What happens if the purchased usage period has expired?
A.If the usage period has passed, you will no longer be able to use the service even if there is data remaining. If the period has passed, please make additional purchases and configure settings again.
Q.What happens if I use up all the data I purchased?
A.If you run out of data even during the purchased usage period, you will not be able to use it. Continuous use is not possible, so please make additional purchases and configure settings.
Q.Can I change my plan after purchasing?
A.Plans cannot be changed after purchase.
Q.Can I cancel during the usage period?
A. Cancellations within six months of purchase are not accepted.
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- Payment of the monthly fee for the remaining months
- Payment of the line registration fee of ¥3,300 (initial fee included in the campaign)
- Payment of the administrative fee of ¥1,100 (initial fee included in the campaign)
(This includes cases where the contract is terminated at our discretion.)
Q.What should I do if the device I am using is not compatible with eSIM?
A.Cancellations cannot be made after purchase. Please be sure to check that the device is eSIM compatible before purchasing.
Q.What should I do if I delete the eSIM I installed?
A. If you accidentally delete your eSIM, you cannot cancel it. Please purchase an eSIM again, configure the settings, and use it again.
