Q.What payment methods do you accept?

A.You can pay by credit card.

Q.Please tell me the payment process.

A. After applying, select the plan you wish to subscribe to and make the payment to complete the purchase process.
*If your application is rejected during the screening process, we will process a refund.

Q.What is the process from purchase to use?

A.After purchase, a URL for the profile acquisition page will be sent to your registered email address within 3 business days. You can use the service by acquiring your profile from here. *It will take about 10 to 30 minutes before you can use the service. (If the service is available on a weekend or public holiday, it will take until the following weekday.) If you are having trouble communicating, please see here.

Q.What happens if the purchased usage period has expired?

A.The date of your first purchase will be the payment date for each month.

(Example) If your purchase date is January 20th, your credit card will be charged on the 20th of each month.

Q.How can I cancel my subscription?

A.If you wish to cancel, please fill out and submit our cancellation form. Cancellation procedures will take 3 business days.

Q.Can I change my plan after purchasing?

A.Plans cannot be changed after purchase.

Q.Can I cancel during the usage period?

A. Cancellations within six months of purchase are not accepted.
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- Payment of the monthly fee for the remaining months
- Payment of the line registration fee of ¥3,300 (initial fee included in the campaign)
- Payment of the administrative fee of ¥1,100 (initial fee included in the campaign)
(This includes cases where the contract is terminated at our discretion.)

Q.What should I do if the device I am using is not compatible with eSIM?

A.Cancellations cannot be made after purchase. Please be sure to check that the device is eSIM compatible before purchasing.

Q.What should I do if I delete the eSIM I installed?

A. If you accidentally delete your eSIM, you cannot cancel it. Please purchase an eSIM again, configure the settings, and use it again.
